This fleshing knife is 23 1/2" long with a blade that is 14" long. This 1 1/2" wide blade has to sides to it with the convex side being razor sharp for shaving and the concave side is dull for pushing fat. This is truly a great knife designed for the beginner as well as the experienced fur handler.
